St. Peter’s Fly Shop 20th year in business celebration!

St-Petes-Fly-Shop-224x300Congratulations to St. Peter’s Fly Shop in Fort Collins, CO., who celebrated their 20th Anniversary in business this past July. Both my father Jack and I wanted very much to support them in that effort. Our family has been involved in the fly fishing industry here and in the neighboring states and Pacific Northwest for many years.

We donated two pieces of art to the raffle this year , a sratchboard I did focusing on the fly tying  and aptly named “Tools of the Trade” and a signed and numbered print of “Rock N Reel” .  This print depicts my favorite Steelhead and Salmon Reel the Sarcione Mark IV,  and my favorite fly, the Skagit Mist. I was  very happy to do this.

Everyone at the shop is so friendly and always helps you right away.  The patrons lined up early and the shop was loaded while I was there. There were classes and fantastic bargains, great food and drinks and drawings all day.

It was great to see everyone.

Congratulations you folks and we will see you along the river soon.

Andy!
